#TakeCareOfHarlem Presents #Feed500
On Saturday July 26th, 2014 The Youth of Harlem Are Leading A Change. Please Join The #TakeCareOfHarlem Group As We Prepare, Pack & Distribute 500+ Lunches To The Homeless and/or Anyone In Need In The Greater Harlem Area.
The #TakeCareOfHarlem initiative aims to help decrease the number of local hungry Harlem residents through the collaborative efforts of local volunteers & organizations. #TakeCareOfHarlem started as a simple way to highlight charitable work and/or good deeds done for the betterment of the community.
#TakeCareofHarlem consists of many local community residents who are personally dedicating their time & resources to help alleviate an ongoing problem in NYC - by feeding five hundred of Harlem’s hungry and/or homeless. Hunger is a serious and deadly issue with a domino effect to the community.
Join us as we elevate the campaign to new endeavors. #TakeCareofHarlem will be preparing bagged lunches “brown paper bag” style to #Feed500 hungry and/or homeless individuals.
All active contributions will directly benefit the local neighborhood that we all call “home”. All contributions and donations - monetary, volunteering of your time, in-kind donations, and even social tweeting or promotion to help generating leads and build stronger presence is appreciated & greatly needed. No contribution will be too big or too small.
Any monetary contribution is greatly appreciated and all volunteer inquiries can be sent via email to: TakeCareOfHarlem@gmail.com
