Haley McCarthy, Health Educator for Student Wellness, provides a basic intro to stress and its effects along with a group demonstration of stress reduction techniques. Utilizing breathing and guided meditation, Haley demonstrates two ways that stress reduction can be incorporated as a wellness tool.
Light refreshments will be provided. Free, but advance registration is appreciated.
