The Taichi Standing Meditation can be a very effective way to help busy professionals to relax their body and mind. Xin would like to share the Taichi training methods he learned from Master Guangzhao Li. He will also share his experience in using the Standing Meditation to improve health, to deal with jet lag, and to help emotional well being, etc. Xin got his BS in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing in 1994, an MS in Electrical Engineering from UT Austin in 1998, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley in 2006.
