In New Orleans, 23 percent of youth aged 18-24 were not attending school and not working in 2009, compared with 20 percent in Louisiana and 16 percent nationally. We cordially invite you to join Jeff Madrick, Roosevelt Institute Senior Fellow and Director of the Bernard L.
