Wally Mead, Microsoft
Wally has been with Microsoft for 17 years, and working with Systems Management Server since SMS 1.0 was in development. He started in the training group developing and delivering training courses on SMS 1.0 through 2.0, then moved to the SMS product group to assist TAP customers in the SMS 2003 and Configuration Manager TAP programs. He still works with customers through hands-on labs, presentations, and demonstrations at industry events, as well as working with customers in TAP programs, and monitoring the System Center Configuration Manager TechNet forums.
Nigel Cain, Senior Program Manager, Microsoft
Nigel Cain is a Senior Program Manager in Microsoft’s Cloud and Datacenter Management division responsible for driving customer focused design and development efforts. His primary responsibilities include building working relationships with CxO, owners and technical leadership in customers and business partners, promoting and driving adoption of future versions of Systems Management and Private/Public Cloud management software and ensuring that customer needs and requirements are fed back into product development. Nigel joined Microsoft in 1998 as technical consultant and moved into a Program Management role in 2003. Since then he has worked on a number of different products and initiatives but his primary focus has always been on solutions that make Microsoft technologies easier to manage. Nigel graduated MBA from Warwick Business School in 2010.
Kim Oppalfens (MVP, SCCM Expert)
Kim Oppalfens is an MCT that was awarded MVP begin April 2005. He was born the 22nd of may in the Year 1975.
He is an independent consultant owning his own company OSCC which stands for Oppalfens System Center Consultancy. As the company name implies the primary focus is around designing, implementing & migrating to products in the Microsoft system center family. He was awarded the prestigious Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award in April 2005 and has been re-awarded every year since then. Additionally Kim has been an active Microsoft certified trainer since 2000. He likes to stress that he is happily married, and is the proud father of Lennart and a little baby daughter called Lauren which was born on the 23rd of may in 2008. To top this all of, Kim is a self-proclaimed overall nice guy with a great sense of humor.
Kenny Buntinx (MVP,SCCM Expert)
Kenny has a strong focus on the Microsoft System Center product family and an industry expert in the Systems Center Configuration Manager 2007 area.
He has a wealth of Client & Server management and deployment expertise, and uses this expertise to help his customers to achieve an easier to manage ICT environment and set so called “Best Practices”.
Kenny has also a pretty strong packaging background, which afaik, makes him unique when it comes down to "Hands on" administration experience.
Kenny is a certified consultant and strives to always deliver high quality. Additionally he believes strongly in sharing knowledge amongst his peers and therefore co-founded the System Center User Group Belgium. Http://www.scug.be shares a wealth of System Center knowledge through its online web presence but also through offline events where SCUG members or international industry experts present on Systems Management topics.
As an industry expert and Most Valued Professional (MVP) Kenny is a frequent speaker and ask-the-expert guest at both national and international events. Kenny can also be found at both national and international industry events to stay on top of what is moving in the System Center area, watch industry trends, and analyze how this might benefit its customers.
Alexandre Verkinderen (MVP, SCOM Expert)
Alexandre has a strong focus on everything around the Microsoft System Center product family and an industry expert in the systems management area. He has a wealth of systems management expertise, and uses this expertise to help his customers to achieve an easier to manage ICT environment.
Alexandre is an ITIL- certified engineer and strives to deliver quality on every single assignment he has. Additionally he believes strongly in sharing knowledge amongst his peers, for this particular belief he founded the System Center User Group Belgium. SCUG shares a wealth of System Center knowledge through its online webpresence at http://www.scug.be but also through at least 4 events a year where SCUG members or international industry experts present on Systems Management topics.

Kurt Vanhoecke (SCSM Expert)
I'm working more or less 15 years in the ICT environment. Started as a support engineer and progressed to a consultant profile. I have created my own company 5 years ago and from then I'm working as a freelance consultant on different projects. My focus is on the Microsoft System Center products; SCCM, SCOM and now heavily working with Service Manager. Findings and procedures that I have worked out are available on the SCUG SCSM blog.
Mike Resseler (MVP, SCDPM Expert)
Mike Resseler is mainly focussed on the entire System Center suite, combined with the MOF and IO framework.
He has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. He is a Senior Technical Consultant for Infront Consulting where he focusses on delivering projects with added value, and share his knowledge with the customers through training sessions and on-the-job training.
He blogs for the System Center User Group Belgium (http://scug.be) and presents on many occassions about the system center products.
Mike has been awared the MVP for System Center Data Protection Manager in 2010.
