We will be presenting 7+ over-the-Top-Foie Gras-Pork Laden-Courses of decadence inspired by Martin's McAuslan Brunch, Industry Nights and also from the APdC menu itself! Quaffable French picks to be paired by Craig Perman (you know he don’t pour no IshT!) This one time dinner is designed to stuff guts and blow minds. Menu to include : Quail Tree, Pig face with Mussles, Blood Sausage Tart, Liquid Foie Croquette, Sticky Lamb Shank , Maple Pies and more!
