Sweethearts Special: Cooking from the Heart
Wednesday, February 12, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (PST)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Give your loved ones the gift of cooking from the heart for Valentine’s Day. Come and learn how to cook a gourmet gluten and dairy free meal. This class will be a food demo style where the students watch the chef create this healthy food. Then you will taste the delicious seasonal organic unrefined and local meal. Students will be able to take the recipes home to recreate for their loved ones. You will have some time to shop after class for your ingredients. Enjoy and celebrate the love and give from your heart. I believe healthy food is one of the best gift to give.
