You’re sure to rise to the occasion with this dough recipe! Yeast doughs can be intimidating, but this one is enriched with milk and butter, which guarantees a golden, glossy outside and rich brioche-like texture. Recipes include Vanilla-Scented Cloverleaf Rolls with Fresh Jam, Oozy Gooey Sticky Buns with a Crunchy Topping, Apricot-Anise Tart for dessert or breakfast and a Sweet Pretzel. $50
If you prefer to pay with cash or gift cards, please visit the Cooking School upstairs at the Robinson Market District. The Cooking School staff will confirm if seats are available for this class, and you will pay at the registers. After you have paid, bring your receipt back to the Cooking School immediately to reserve your seat in the class.
