Event Details

We need more than mere information, we need connection. Connection is that moment when real people collide and gain a broader perspective than when you arrived. We leave with a richer outlook that can only be found through relationship. We share what we know and who we know, so that we all may know more.

Plywood is crafting a new experience to bring you together with other problem solvers. We call this gathering SWAP. A swap is a place to sit down over a meal curated with new friends, a question structure to exchange knowledge, and a provocative takaway from an emerging conversation of diverse thought leaders.

Every gathering will have collaborative questions that will guide lunch conversation.

1) What are you learning? This positions each attendee as an expert, so be ready to share your wisdom.

2) Who is inspiring you? A moment to promote other innovators and shift attention from your project.

3) How can others help you? An opportunity to gain a fresh perspective on your greatest tensions and needs.

APRIL 10, 2014 - LUNCH

The inaugural PLYWOOD SWAP will take place on April 10, 2014 from 11:30am - 1:30pm with limited capacity.

Plywood People

Hello. We are Plywood People, a 501[c]3 organization in Atlanta leading a community of start-ups doing good. We exist to help our community make problems go away that impact our culture, the hurting, poor, oppressed and under-resourced people.

We are always searching for innovators addressing social problems, with the hope of integrating them in our community. We lead conversations and collaboration between the privileged and those in need through educational environments, sustainable ventures, community places, social experiments, storytelling projects, cause marketing campaigns, and new consumption patterns.
