Supervisor Training on the Updated Orientation Manual for Direct Support Professionals (Fairfax)
We are offering a Morning Session and a Afternoon Session. Please register for the session you plan to attend in either the A.M or P.M Session.

This Supervisor Training will provide guidance on training staff using the new “Orientation Manual for Direct Support Professionals (DSP): Supporting People in their Homes and Communities.” A slideshow covering the information in the manual, which also contains supervisor/trainer narrative, discussion items and resources will be made available to participants at the end of the training and completion of the test that accompanies the DSP Orientation Manual. Requirements and documentation for the training of supervisors/trainers and DSPs prior to DSPs providing supports under the Intellectual Disability (ID) and Day Support (DS) Waivers will be covered.
Region 2 - Training for Supervisors and Trainers of Direct Support Professionals providing services to individuals who receive the ID and Day Support Waivers.
