Whether you believe super foods have life-saving powers or not, it’s hard to argue against their nutritional value. This class will take an in-depth look at two super foods: tomato and pumpkin. We will cover the research for each food and a variety of preparations to highlight them. Recipes will include classic and innovative dishes. Extensive handouts will be provided.
