Getting your wristbandYour order will be can redeemed for a wristband at one of the following locations:

SMF BOX OFFICE

Located at the SMF main gate.

Box office hours:
Saturday May 28: 12pm-midnight
Sunday May 29: 12pm-midnight

SMF OFF-SITE WRISTBAND CHECK-IN
Located at the Tampa Stadium Hotel (formerly Holiday Inn)

Off-site check-in hours:
Tuesday May 24: 10am–4pm
Wednesday May 25: 10am–4pm
Thursday May 26: 10am–6pm
Friday May 27: 12pm–8pm

PLEASE BRING YOUR TICKET & PROPER IDENTIFICATION
All orders must present their PDF ticket (either printed or on their phone) and present acceptable identification to receive their wristbands.

No one will be able to enter the festival site without a wristband.
