Escape to the French countryside—right here in Adams County! Our annual May fundraiser is being hosted at the picturesque Beech Springs Farm, located a short drive from downtown Gettysburg. Explore this lush property, complete with gardens of all varieties, as you dine al fresco. The entire evening is designed and hosted by Walter Scheib, former White House Chef, in partnership with gracious hosts Jayne and Bill Shord, and with the Festival’s premier culinary partner, Chef Claude Rodier of the Wyndham Gettysburg. Chef Claude’s French training and heritage will shine through the evening’s exquisite menu. The festivities also include live music and a live auction of one-of-a-kind items.
