We’ve been longing for warmer weather and lighter fare, so come help us celebrate the season’s arrival as we cook our way through a delicious lineup of small plates and bold, international flavors. We’ll show you how to transform everyday ingredients into potential party food, and you’ll also get hands-on to help prepare simple, healthy recipes that are perfect for the sunny days ahead.
On the Menu: Summer Borscht; Indian-Spiced Lamb Chops with Grape Raita; Black Bean Tostada with Cilantro Sauce; Fried Chicken Sandwiches with Tuscan Kale and Quick Tomato Jam; Summer Corn and Potato Salad; Rhubarb and Pistachios Over Greek Yogurt and Sugar Cookies.
