Chef Mike Behrend returns to the JCC to demonstrate the preparation and cooking of a tasty, vegan, Summer BBQ meal including Roasted Corn Salad, a Black Bean Burger, Beet Potato Salad, BBQ Sauce and a Spicy Mayo. Printed ingredient list and recipes will be provided and attendees will delight in a 3-course meal.
