Hands On Cooking with Chef Lauren Hoover-West (GF/DF)
We all love being able to eat dessert without feeling guilty; so here are some raw recipes that fit the bill! In this hands-on cooking class we will make a "cheese"cake using cashews that is so creamy you will never miss the dairy and it's protein packed enough to eat for breakfast. The menu also includes cultured, dairy-free yogurt and a customized breakfast bar that is high in protein and omega 3’s. All of this sweetness without even heating up your oven or kitchen!
