Dinner #1: The Chicken Comes First
A series of small, intimate and focused dinners to take place in our NE pdx home. We're rolling it back from our large-scale events in roving venues (warehouses, vintage stores, etc.) to host a small number of diners to come together for a classic dinner party where you can actually meet and talk to everyone, including the hosts. To encourage our adventurous diners, we are also offering this at-home series at a lower price, as our usual events are almost double this price.
We plan to join and to make merry at the table (ok, between shuttling out this multi-course feast).
We are obsessed with the eggs and produce that we buy from Little Gnome Farms, where they are using biodynamic methods. The proof is in the gorgeous color and taste: these eggs are the richest, most sensual food and we want to showcase them for an ekphrastic communal dining experience.

Special Snowflake Supperclub is a roving dining experience that is equal parts art project, food laboratory, and social club.
We serve organic (*as much as possible), humane, sustainable, heirloom, oldways, slow, slow food. We favor the theatrical, conceptual, beautiful and strange. We’re interested in the equation of food=love. We love research and history and have a passion for community and fostering connection.
