Facilitated by Barbara Jordan Ellis, Center for Coaching and Leadership Developmen
Using the framework The Work of Leaders—Vision, Alignment and Execution from co-author Julie Straw, this half day workshop helps leaders and teams better understand their own leadership behaviors and how they impact their effectiveness. Prior to the workshop participants will complete an online The Work of Leaders Assessment. Each participant will receive a 23-page customized report and will learn how to apply their results to become a more effective leader. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to interpret their individual leadership assessment results and then utilize each one of the elements to improve their leadership effectiveness. This workshop is ideal for the entire leadership team to help them better understand the leadership style of each team member and how they tend to approach the leadership role of Vision, Alignment and Execution. This will also be helpful for individual leaders for their own self assessment. Event price includes workshop, handouts and The Work of Leaders Assessment (a $90 value).
