About Mike Morrow
"I began my career in food service at Spartan Shops, INC., I worked in multiple ares of expertise before settling in the catering arena. Under the guidance of my executive and Sous Chefs, I gained the fundamentals of cooking that led me to become the current Sous Chef of catering. My current projects include the Inauguration Dinner for President Qayoumi as well as developing an innovative culinary cuisine destination for fall 2012. My current culinary interests include Spanish, Italian, and Asian fusion cooking. Through multiple professional and personal gatherings, I have refined my ability to create quick meals that are perfect for entertaining."
