ITK Camps are back! Have your child spend the summer having a great time cooking and learning from our talented staff featuring "The Culinary Dude." Each day we'll create 4-6 recipes from scratch then enjoy our meal as a group. Classes are limited to 20 campers per class.
August 12-15-Everything Coconuts & Almonds
This is a special session for those coconut and almond lovers. The Culinary Dude and So Delicious Dairy Free products have combined together to offer this great collection of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Side Dish, Smoothies and Snacks all dairy free. It might sound weird, but the food we'll be making will taste great, we promise!...This hands-on cooking camp will enable kids to find their inner chef. The Culinary Dude, Scott Davis has worked with ITK (In The Kitchen) to create a wonderful collection of daily menus that the kids will cook themselves. Using the freshest ingredients, fun and interactive cooking techniques, the kids will prepare lunch from scratch each day as they learn kitchen and food safety, professional kitchen behavior, measuring and prep skills, and table etiquette. In addition to a wide variety of hands-on, tactile recipes, kids will participate in additional food-related activities. Each day the kids will cook and eat lunch together.
August 12- Cranberry Coconut Smoothie, Banana Coconut Pecan Muffins, Almond Butter Vegetable Curry, Sweet White Corn Soup
August 13- Island Paradise Green Smoothie, Gluten Free Egg Nog Coffee Cake, Macaroni & Cheese, Bombay to Bangkok Vegetable Curry
August 14- Creamy Fig Smoothie, Chocolate Hazelnut Marble Cake Scones, Peanut Free Tahini Vegetable Curry, Sweet Cilantro Pasta Salad
August 15-Holiday Apple Nog, Date & Raisin Oat Biscuits, Sigara Borek, Summer Vegetable Quiche
Cost is $300 per session. $75 per day. Early drop off of 9am available for $15
