ITK Camps are back! Have your child spend the summer having a great time cooking and learning from our talented staff featuring "The Culinary Dude." Each day we'll create 4-6 recipes from scratch then enjoy our meal as a group. Classes are limited to 20 campers per class.
August 5-8-Pig, Chicken, Cow & Produce
Come on and let's make some great meals out of Pork, Fowl, Beef, Fruits & Veggies. Each day we will be utilizing all of the items you might find on a farm or the supermarket, yes the supermarket. At either place, there are great ingredients for some great food so, let's get cooking!
August 5- Baked Chicken Strips, Ham & Cheese Muffins, Cheesy Potato Casserole w/ Frosted Flakes, Beef Meat Loaf
August 6- Taco Spaghetti Bake, Pork Pineapple Chili, Curried Chicken Salad, Sweet Potato Casserole
August 7- Sticky Chinese Chicken, Pork Meat Balls, Beef Lasagna, Carrot Cake
August 8-Chicken Enchilada Casserole, Tropical Pork Kabobs, Zucchini Bread, Beef & Broccoli
Cost is $300 per session. $75 per day. Early drop off of 9am available for $15
Early Registration Discount until May 31st of $275 per session.
