ITK Camps are back! Have your child spend the summer having a great time cooking and learning from our talented staff featuring "The Culinary Dude." Each day we'll create 4-6 recipes from scratch then enjoy our meal as a group. Classes are limited to 20 campers per class.
July 22-25-Cakes & Pies
These are not just desserts, but can be actual meals made out of ingredients that you could not imagine. Like the Baking and Pate's session, we'll be making both sweet and savory cakes and pies, utilizing fruits, vegetables, meats of all kinds and a ton of other stuff. Let's learn that cakes and pies and not just for those of us who have sweet tooth's...This hands-on cooking camp will enable kids to find their inner chef. The Culinary Dude, Scott Davis has worked with ITK (In The Kitchen) to create a wonderful collection of daily menus that the kids will cook themselves. Using the freshest ingredients, fun and interactive cooking techniques, the kids will prepare lunch from scratch each day as they learn kitchen and food safety, professional kitchen behavior, measuring and prep skills, and table etiquette. In addition to a wide variety of hands-on, tactile recipes, kids will participate in additional food-related activities. Each day the kids will cook and eat lunch together.
July 22- Bacon Pie, Apple Pie, Donuts, Poochie Cakes, Vegetable Cupcakes
July 23- Vegetable Pot Pie, Strawberry Pie, Frikadellen (Meat Cake), Red Velvet Cake, Pumpkin Corn Muffins
July 24- Pork Curry Pie, Whoopie Pies, Fish Cakes, Chocolate Cake, Spinach Cupcakes
July 25-Crab Cakes, Hoosier Pie, Peanut Butter Chocolate Cupcakes, Summer Vegetable Pie, Polenta Cakes
Cost is $300 per session. $75 per day. Early drop off of 9am available for $15
