ITK Camps are back! Have your child spend the summer having a great time cooking and learning from our talented staff featuring "The Culinary Dude." Each day we'll create 4-6 recipes from scratch then enjoy our meal as a group. Classes are limited to 20 campers per class.
July 8-11-Canapes & Hors d'oeuvres
What a better way than to learn how to make great canapés and hors d'oeuvres so that you will be the buzz of every party that you go to. In this session, you'll have the opportunity to design and create a wide array of the 1 to 2 bite delights. We will be offering participants the chance to use their imagination and think of flavor combinations that will impress all who taste what they make. Yummy! This hands-on cooking camp will enable kids to find their inner chef. The Culinary Dude, Scott Davis has worked with ITK (In The Kitchen) to create a wonderful collection of daily menus that the kids will cook themselves. Using the freshest ingredients, fun and interactive cooking techniques, the kids will prepare lunch from scratch each day as they learn kitchen and food safety, professional kitchen behavior, measuring and prep skills, and table etiquette. In addition to a wide variety of hands-on, tactile recipes, kids will participate in additional food-related activities. Each day the kids will cook and eat lunch together.

July 9- Turkey Burger Sliders & Buns, Twice Baked Potatoes, Edamame Hummus & Bread, Spanish Tomato Toast, Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
July 10- Mini Crab Cakes, Deviled Eggs, Brie Quesadillas, Avocado Corn Salsa w/ Chips, Watermelon Cubes w/ Balsamic
July 11-California Rolls, Stuffed Mushrooms, Finger Sandwiches, White Cheddar w/ Apples, Goat Cheese Grape & Pistachio Truffles
Cost is $300 per session. $75 per day. Early drop off of 9am available for $15
