Summer Camp Session 1 - Baking and Pate

ITK Camps are back! Have your child spend the summer having a great time cooking and learning from our talented staff featuring "The Culinary Dude." Each day we'll create 4-6 recipes from scratch then enjoy our meal as a group. Classes are limited to 20 campers per class.
Baking is not just cookies and cakes and pate' is not just ground up meat that can be spread on a piece of bread or a cracker, both can be created to make a real meal and that's exactly what we'll be doing! We'll be baking fritters, crepes, quick breads and a whole lot more that will include both sweet and savory masterpieces including pate made from everything imaginable. Don't miss out!
Cost is $300 per session. $75 per day. Early drop off of 9am available for $15

June 25- Buttermilk Biscuits, Apple Fritters, Fruit Crepes, Avocado Egg Pate,
June 26- Lemon Muffins, Zucchini Fritters, Vegetable Crepes, Sunflower Pate,
June 27-Peanut Butter Banana Bread, Sweet Corn Fritters, Meat Crepes, Egg, Nut, Mushroom Pate
