•Imperial Mac's Amber Ale
Brewed with heaps of cascade hops and toasty malts for massive yet balanced flavor consisting of citrus, spice, toffee and carmel
•Oregon Honey Beer
Brewed with Oregon-sourced white clover honey and Willamette hops. Crisp and refreshing with just a hint of sweetness.
ABV: 4.8% IBU: 17
•Curveball Blonde Ale
A deliciously crisp, cold lagered summer seasonal.
Wheaten Ale was the first wheat beer available on draft in America since Prohibition. It features the fresh, earthy and herbal flavors of Nugget, Perle and Willamette hops against a bready malted wheat backing.
Food and Beer Pairings
•H7 with cheesy herb soup
H7’s powerful hops aromas stand up to the cheese and herb flavors.
•Imperial Mac’s with smoked pork belly and cucumber salad
Roasted malts and smokey flavors are matched up in this pairing.
•Oregon Honey beer with banana’s foster
The sweet finish of Oregon Honey beer goes great with desserts
•Curveball with sesame crusted ahi tuna, avocado, sprouts and scallion oil
Curve Ball is a light ale that won’t overpower the delicate flavors while refreshing the palate.
•Wheaten Ale with a spinach and goat cheese frittata.
Wheaten Ale’s yeast lends sulfidic flavors that match the egg and cheese.
