Important Notes For The Meeting:
(1) Arrive between 10:30AM to 10:50AM - you will experience parking challenges the later you arrive.
(2) Go to the SouthWest door and check in with Shasta Nicholson, Program Manager. She will direct you to the club level. The South West dooris on the West Side near the South entrance - look for the tents out front, and if facing that direction, go to the left. The door on the side of the building will get you to Shasta.
(3) Shasta will have the door open and check-off faculty from 10:30AM to 10:50AM only- if you arrive earlier you will need to wait, if you arrive later you will need to go to the very back of the ShoWare Center through security. (Please note that this is not to be difficult - simply that we are not opening the venue for seating until 12/noon for commencement and there will be many eager family members ready to grab front row seating). Other staff members will be busy setting up - so plan to be early versus late.
(4) A light lunch will be available – pastas and salads. We are unable to accommodate individual dietary restrictions because of the demands. If the lunch will not work for dietary needs you may bring your own food (We do not have refrigeration or heating capabilities).
