Stretch your cycling abilities with the DamonFIT
Yoga and Foam Rolling workshop!
Yoga, stretching and massage exercises aren’t just for your bendy sister-in-law or flexible New Age-y folks. They’re perfect activities for cyclists that are looking to ride faster and release more power on the bike.
Join Damon Roberson from DamonFIT.com for a yoga and foam rolling workshop that will focus on bringing balance, flexibility and strength to the areas of the body that are key to on-bike performance.
During the workshop, you’ll learn:
• How to release tension in key muscle groups and restore range of motion
• How to renew and awaken strength within your core and specific muscle groups that are commonly underutilized or overused
• The truth behind some of the funky myths about yoga and how yoga can actually be one of the single best cross-training tools available to athletes
• Two 10-minute yoga routines that can be practiced anytime virtually anywhere
It’s only $35* to attend and the yoga and foam core routines will be emailed to you following the workshop so you can continue stretching and flexing your way to a better ride long after the course is over.
It’s time to be the cyclist you dream of being.
Make sure you bring a Trigger Point Therapy Grid foam roller or similar. Also bring some water, a towel, yoga mat or blanket and be prepared to sweat!
