Join Damon Roberson from DamonFIT.com for a yoga and foam rolling workshop that will focus on bringing balance, flexibility and strength to the areas of the body that are key to on-bike performance.
During the workshop, you’ll learn:
• How to release tension in key muscle groups and restore range of motion
• How to renew and awaken strength within your core and specific muscle groups that are commonly underutilized or overused
• The truth behind some of the funky myths about yoga and how yoga can actually be one of the single best cross-training tools available to athletes
• Two 10-minute yoga routines that can be practiced anytime virtually anywhere
