Event Details

The holiday season often brings unwelcome guests — stress and depression. Theholidays present a dizzying array of demands — parties, shopping, baking, cleaning and entertaining, to name just a few.
Aromatherapy is a beautiful and effective way to reduce stress and create balance in your emotions and body systems.  In this class you will learn about and experience therapeutic essential oils that address stress, depression, anxiety - as well as the physical symptoms of too much stress, such as mental fatigue, muscle soreness, headaches, insomnia, poor digestion and emotional imbalances. Come enjoy a "stress free"evening.  We promise you'll leave feeling great!  Handouts and a free sample                  provided.  Essential oils will be available for purchase after the class.
