Event Details

Entertainment basketball at its best! The Court Kingz is made up of some of the hottest streetball players in the country, including the YouTube sensation Hot Sauce. High flying dunks and trick dribbling are paired with an inspirational message of perseverance, optimism, and respect. The Kingz take on the Brevard County Sheriff's Office All-Star team, the Enforcers, winner of the 2013 Florida Police and Fire games.

Great family event with a positive message. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 2 and under free

Organizer

Brevard Neighborhood Development Coalition

BNDC is a faith-based community development organization spearheading the revitalization of struggling neighborhoods in Melbourne and Palm Bay, FL.

The DOCK in the Booker T. Washington neighborhood serves 40-50 children during nonschool hours - providing love and encouragement, academic assistance, cultural and recreational opportunities, physical and spiritual nourishment, and life skills mentoring. Seniors meet at the DOCK twice a week for social interaction and a hot meal.

The Greater Heights Apartments offer affordable housing for working families and senior citizens across the street from The DOCK. The once crime-ridden neighborhood has been transformed into a clean, pleasant community.

BNDC is also partnering with the City of Palm Bay and other community groups to bring the Evans Center to northeast Palm Bay. The multi-use facility will house a neighborhood market, youth job training classrooms, and a health clinic.
