If you'd like to know more about this effot in San Bernardino County and get trained to do outreach work, this training is for you!
The commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC) is a heartbreaking crisis that has only recently begun to be addressed in San Bernardino County.
Forgotten Children, Inc. is a faith-based, nonprofit organization that has been doing street outreach with sexually exploited women for over 6 years on the streets of Lynwood and Compton. Recently, Forgotten Children, Inc. joined the Coalition Against Sexual Exploitation with the goal of providing training to volunteers who have an interest in doing street outreach in San Bernardino County.
This training will give you the information you need to decide whether street outreach work is something you’d like to do and information about the drop-in center that’s being planned for the City of San Bernardino.

Anyone who is willing to volunteer at a drop-in center or who would like to volunteer doing street outreach work is encouraged to attend.

Please note: This is a training that is being conducted by Forgotten Children, Inc., a faith-based organization that has been doing street outreach work in Los Angeles for the past 6 years. The County of San Bernardino Coalition Against Sexual Exploitation is helping to facilitate the training but will not be conducting the actual training.
