Refunds requested prior to February 16th will be sent, minus a $30 service fee.
No refunds are granted if received after February 16th. However, you may transfer the registration to another person, if that person is registering within the same category. For example, if you registered as a member, the new person must also be a member, or they will be required to pay the fee difference.
