Recent research by the TCC group suggests key components in improving sustainability in non-profit organizations. These components can be viewed as pillars of leadership in any capacity. Participants will explore these concepts and discuss how they relate to their positions and experience. They will also identify ways to implement sustainability strategies as leaders in their own non-profit organizations.
During the program, you will discuss how leadership, adaptability and program capacity all play a crucial role in the sustainability of a non-profit organization.
As a result of this program you will:
- Identify the behaviors that leaders use that support sustainability in a non-profit organization.
- Generate ideas on how your organization can adapt to external needs of your community and community partners.
- Begin a tactical plan for integrating sustainability ideas in your own organization.
