Susan M. Collyns has over 27 years’ of in-depth experience, in the United States and Australia, leading businesses across five industries from start up to mature phases of their business lifecycles. Her areas of expertise include all aspects of Strategic and Financial Planning, Operations, Accounting, Audit, Sarbanes Oxley, Risk Management, Tax, Treasury, Cost Reduction, Bank Syndication, Investor Relations, Strategic Alternative Review and Corporate Governance.

Ms. Collyns is the Chief Financial Officer of Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp, a technology based subscription business that offers web solutions for businesses seeking advice on strengthening their credit score and business reputation.  Prior to Dun & Bradstreet, Ms. Collyns was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of California Pizza Kitchen; was Vice President of Finance and Operations for Sony/BMG Entertainment, and worked for Lion/Pepsi, GlaxoSmithkline and PwC in various financial and auditing roles. 

Ms. Collyns holds a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Accounting and Finance from Macquarie University, Australia where she graduated with High Distinction and completed her Postgraduate CPA at Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. In 2009, Ms. Collyns was nominated for “CFO of The Year” and in 2011, won the prestigious “Executive of the Year” award given by the Los Angeles Business Journal.


Chief Financial Officer, OPI Products Inc.

Gina Hagen, is the CFO of OPI Products. OPI is owned by Coty Inc., a key player in the Beauty Industry on an aggressive acquisition growth path. Gina joined OPI over 19 years ago, prior to the acquisition by Coty. In their early growth stages, she provided guidance and management in researching and implementing systems, policies and procedures along with managing the financial and personnel issues for the company. As the company matured her role involved property research and acquisitions, along with strategic planning. Gina was intimately involved with the purchase acquisition meeting with advisors, attorneys and consultants which led to a successful deal closure.

Prior to joining OPI Products, Ms. Hagen was an Audit Supervisor for Ernst & Young, an auditing firm, where she managed the audits of several companies, but primarily specialized in entrepreneurial companies, providing her with a strong background in this unique field.

Ms. Hagen received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.


Managing Director, TSG Consumer Partners

Hadley Mullin, Managing Director, is responsible for originating new investment opportunities, diligencing new business opportunities, structuring transactions, and working with our partner companies.

She is also a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining TSG, Hadley was with Bain & Company where she worked in a variety of practice areas, including consumer products, retail, and healthcare. Her experience includes business unit strategy, sales and marketing optimization, and new product development. Hadley also worked in Bain's private equity practice, where she conducted strategic and operational due diligence for private equity clients. Hadley received a BA, with top honors, in Government from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar.


Managing Director, Imperial Capital

Nicole Fry is a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of Imperial Capital and is a senior member of the Consumer Investment Banking group, focused primarily on the Restaurant and Food & Beverage sectors.  While at Imperial, Ms. Fry has advised clients on debt and equity financings, buyside and sell-side M&A transactions and restructuring engagements.  Some of Ms. Fry's recent clients have included Real Mex Restaurants, Contessa Premium Foods, mix1 Beverage Company and Sexy Hair. 

Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Ms. Fry was a Vice President in the Mid-Cap Investment Banking Group at Banc of America Securities where she was involved in debt and equity underwriting, syndicated financing and mergers and acquisitions advisory services for the firm's middle market clients.  Prior to Banc of America, Nicole managed the corporate development activities for Cooking.com, an online retailer of cooking-related products.  Nicole has also worked in the Investment Banking Divisions at Bear, Stearns & Co. and Smith Barney Inc. 

Ms. Fry received her B.A. in Economics and M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and a graduate diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Ms. Blair is a transactional partner practicing in the areas of corporate, mergers and acquisitions, securities, finance, and general commercial matters. She serves as the managing partner of the Los Angeles Corporate Practice. She has advised both sellers and buyers on a variety of complex transactions, including stock and asset sales, mergers, management and leveraged buy outs, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and reorganizations. She represents companies in the structure, negotiation, diligence, and completion of transactions ranging from several million dollars to more than $500 million. She has worked in a diverse range of industries, such as mortgage banking, consumer and retail goods, internet and telecommunications, foreign manufacturing, biotechnology, and travel.

Ms. Blair also has extensive experience representing companies and underwriters in various corporate finance and capital market transactions, including IPOs, secondary and follow-on offerings, registered direct and at-the-market offerings, reverse mergers, PIPEs, offshore transactions, trust preferred, debt and preferred stock offerings, tenders offers, going private transactions, and venture capital financings.

She advises companies on state and federal regulatory and governance and compliance matters related to the SEC, FINRA, NYSE, NYSE Amex, Nasdaq, state regulators, and other authorities. Ms. Blair also acts as consistent corporate counsel for companies advising them on general corporate matters, including Board and management counseling, disclosure matters and controls, equity compensation, and other business matters.

Darya has taught as an adjunct professor of Finance at New York University and has authored many financial planning articles.  Darya is married with three children, lives in Pacific Palisades, CA, and currently serves on the Boards of the Westside YMCA Los Angeles and Mann Healthcare Partners. Darya is also the president of the Los Angeles Chapter of Advisors in Philanthropy (LA AiP).
