GROUND WORKS PRESENTS: STORIES ROOTED in HEALTH & HOPE
CONGRATULATIONS to John Noel Gilbertson, who was honored to receive:
“ACF South Dakota Chef of the Year” awarded by the Black Hills Professional Chefs association of the American Culinary Federation.
Chef John is a Certified Executive Chef (CEC) as well as an Approved Culinary Examiner (ACE) by the American Culinary Federation and is also a member of WACs: World Association of Cooks.
John is executive chef at Sanford Health and will join with chefs from Avera to provide a wonderful meal at the GROUND WORKS' STORIES ROOTED in HEALTH and HOPE on April 4th from 5:30-7:30pm at the Museum of Visual Materials Center in downtown Sioux Falls.
Tickets on sale now for an evening of Science and Art exhibitsmade by local youth from inspired by the school teaching gardens Lowell Elementary and Hayward Elementary in Sioux Falls, SD. Students from both school teaching gardens will be part of the program, sharing their experiences in the gardens and what they are learning.
