The Kaizen Way
Ja Marr Brown began his career in 1993 as a summer intern at Allergan Pharmaceuticals while attending Whittier College. Upon graduation he was hired by Allergan as a full-time pharmaceutical sales professional. After nearly being fired for poor sales performance, he discovered and began utilizing a philosophy called Kaizen. Over the next 10 years at Allergan, he won ever sales award possible including Presidents Club, Sales Person and Sales Manager of the Year and held senior executive positions in sales training, marketing and management. By age 34 he was the VP of Sales at a leading medical device company.
Inspired by the success his philosophy generated for the individuals and corporations he worked for, In 1998, he wrote the ground breaking book, “What’s Your Sales Story?” and later founded, The Kaizen Way, LLC. The Kaizen Way specializes in teaching individuals and organizations how to eliminate what is getting in the way of their success and reach their potential with a “less equals more” approach. His client list includes CEO’s, individual professionals, Fortune 500 companies and privately held firms just to name a few.
