Stop! And Feel the Music

San Antonio, TX
Stop! And Feel the Music is an evening of food, drinks, a silent auction, and fun with the music provided by YOSA youung musicians. Enjoy classic hits such as "Sweet Child of Mine" (Guns 'n' Roses), or contemporary pop tunes like "Call Me Maybe" and a special version of "Gangham Style/YOSA Style."
This event is a benefit for YOSA musicians, many of whom are in need of financial aid. YOSA musical experiences are free to children at YOSA MAS and to the students engaged through school partnerships. However, the modest fees ($450) for a year of orchestra participation and ($419) for Summer Symphony Camp are beyond the reach of one-third of YOSA musicians.
Stop! And Feel the Music will - with your help - provide scholarships for YOSA musicians. You can purchase a ticket to the event for $35 per person, which includes hors d'oeuvres, wine, and fun. At the event, there will be many opportunities to help support YOSA musicians, and have a good time!
