Event Details

 

 By signing up online you agree to pay for all children you have enrolled and all sessions they are enrolled in within 5 business days. If payment has not been received within 5 days, you will be dropped from the Sewing Session.

 **If you wish to make any changes due to illness, vacation, or any other reason, you are responsible for finding another student/students from your own family to take their place, and they will make payment directly to you. No exceptions. They can bring in your event ticket stub to take your place in their classes. (This is mandatory because if you sign up for a session/sessions you are taking another potential client's sewing spot.) **When your child takes a spot/spots in a session you will be fully responsible for all payments.

 

 You must mail a check for $160 payable to Cynthia Brewer to the address below.  In the memo section on your check, please include your child(ren)'s name, class session, and time  to guarantee your child(dren)'s spot in the class. 

 

Mail payment to: Cynthia Brewer, 21008 Hallbrook Lane, Pflugerville, TX 78660 within 5 business days. Along with the check please include a your ticket stub to verify child’s name, session date, and time. No exceptions.  Please be sure to make a copy for your records and include an email address for confirmation of receipt of payment and enrollment.

Choose between a Morning Camp: 10:00am—1:00 pm OR an Afternoon Camp: 1:00—4:00pm

Morning Sessions are Mon.,Wed., & Fri.  10:00am-1:00pm

Morning Session Dates

Session 1: June 17, 19, & 21

Session 2: June 24, 26, & 28

Afternoon Sessions are Tues.,Wed, & Thurs.  1:00pm-4:00pm

Afternoon Session Dates

Session 3: June 18,19, & 20

Session 4: June 25, 26, & 27

 *Camp tuition fees include a non-refundable $45 registration fee and cover all materials and a light healthy snack. Gluten-free snacks available.

 

 

FAQs

 

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Students should bring their camp packet materials and enthusiasm for learning.

 

Students should not bring any electronics (i.e. ipods, gameboys)  Stitch by Stitch will not be responsible for these items if they are damaged or lost.  Students are attending camp to learn new skills, have fun, and make new friends and therefore these types of items WILL NOT be allowed so as not to distract the student learning process and maintain safety.

 

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

You can contact Cynthia @ 512-551-9538 or 512-910-0107 or by email at stitchbystitchsewquilt@gmail.com for questions about location directions and to register your child.  Your tuition balance MUST be paid online no later than 2 weeks before camp starts unless other arrangements are made.

 

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

You may transfer your registration to another session provided there is space available.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

 Yes, bring your registration ticket to the first class date.

 

What is the refund policy?

You may receive a refund less $45 non-fundable registration fee which is included in the tuition cost of the camp session.  You should notify Stitch By Stitch within 48 hours of your registered class if you should need to cancel or unable to transfer to another session.  No-shows are non-refundable.  Refunds will be completed within two weeks of the final scheduled camp session.
