Businesses : Special offers for Students or Delegates

STEMfest has already registered over 10,000 students and hundreds of delegates from around the world attending and so we invite local businesses to provide special offers as part of the STEM Magazine they will receive, and as part of the STEMfest App.

Special offers include things such as:

ü 2 for 1 offers

ü 10% off

ü Free handouts or samples

ü Free admission

Cost to participate is $300 per business, which includes a ¼ page voucher/ advert in the STEM Magazine Over 10,000 copies of STEM Magazine will be handed out free to students at STEMfest, and published online to over 350,000 educators and a further 2 million students!

Support a student to attend STEMfest!

Whilst we make STEMfest FREE for students to attend, it costs us $18 per student to cover the display costs, school buses, tote bags, etc.

We invite you to consider sponsoring a student, or a class of students, to attend and help us mazimise the number of students that can come.

All supporters will receive a certificate of appreciation, and for those supporting a class, will also receive a free registration to the STEM Conference and welcome reception!

Encourage Students to read more!

We encourage authors and publishers to participate in STEMfest by selecting one of our 3 options to promote your book or books.

Our attendees will be interested in books in the following areas. As such we are seeking publishers who want to promote books in the following genres: education, science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics, autobiography, biography, travel guides, politics, sci- fi, society, teen books.

Invitation to participate:

Option 1) Just USD$85 per Publisher, which includes:
a) A quarter page advert in STEM Magazine, reaching over 350,000 educators and 2 million students, and:
b) Opportunity to supply and have a one page promotional flyer to be inserted in tote bags/ satchels at the festival.

Option 2) Just $190 per publisher includes:
a) All of option 1, plus;
b) Display table at the International STEMfest.

Option 3) Just $550 per publisher includes:
a) All of option 1 and 2, plus:
b) 10 minute interview with an author of your choice by one of our film crews from New York Film Academy at the International STEMfest (in person or by video call) and inclusion of the 10 minute interview in one of our STEM Education Videos being developed from STEMfest in conjunction with South East Asian Ministers of Education Organisation for distribution to teachers/ students at over 1 million schools. Our aim is to include a 10 minute video was part of each video to encourage reading amongst teachers and students.
c) 1 page editorial/ interview with an author of your choice in STEM Magazine.
