The Uncorked Beer Dinner celebrates the pairing of St Louis’ best food with world class beers produced. This event demonstrates how the expertly crafted beers can be a part of an elegant dining experience. It introduces food lovers to good beer, and beer lovers to good food.
Featuring small plates served up by Bunge North America chefs paired with specialty beers, guests will hear from Brew masters and product specialists in a casual setting amidst the surroundings of one of the Summer’s premiere downtown festivals.

Stella Artois paired with crispy wild mushroom, kale and goat cheese turnovers
Goose Island Sofie paired with Harissa roasted carrots, greek yogurt, toasted sunflower seeds and chorizo vinaigrette
Stella Cidre paired with a Cidre glazed pork belly, deep fried, and served over beluga lentils with a fried shallot and fresh herb salad.
Leffe Brune paired with a warm toffee cake, topped with Leffe Brune caramel sauce and smoked salt
