Event Details

The experience of stress is universal and part of being human, but unemployment can raise it to an extreme.  This 2-hour workshop will help clients deal with the most common issues faced by jobseekers in transition, including stress management, anger management, and staying in the best frame of mind for the interview.  Several anti-stress tips will be presented and related materials will be distributed.
