Event Details

Startup Phenomenon is for anyone with a stake in seeing startups succeed. Its for entrepreneurs who need ready access to support networks, investors looking for smarter ways to find and develop promising startups, and economic developers ready to let those entrepreneurs and investors move the creative economy front and center. 

Participants will: 

  • Explore New Opportunities for their own businesses and communities
  • Expand their networks through a global peer group of entrepreneurs, investors, and community leaders
  • Develop tools for measuring startup growth, investment performance, and community health

The main event includes 3 days of programming on November 13-15th. In addition to a full event ticket, which can be purchased here, we are pleased to offer tickets to selected sessions for those who's schedule or budget are limiting factors. 

In lieu of a full 3-day ticket, join us for one of Wednesday's Master Classes, Thursday's Bookshout! Live at Boulder Library, Friday's full day of Colorado-centric programming, or all of the above.

Dive into targeted metrics building smarter business plans and for customer acquisition and retention.

What are the latest tools for making smarter investment decisions? And what are the new resources that are closing the feedback loop between investors and startups, leading to faster and better decisions all around?

2:30pm—Master Class Option 3: Measuring Community Sucess

How can commuity leaders, economic developers, and other startup-hub stakeholders quantify the results of their efforts and compare their work against other emerging entrepreneurial ecosystems? Startup Genome is a global project that is gathering apples-to-apples data on startup communities around the world. So far they've collected startup data from more than 6,000 cities in 210 countries.
