Charles Fierke, Abraxas

Charles Fierke is a partner at Abraxas (formerly Team Support Services) where he focuses his energies on innovative solutions, having more than 17 years experience in database management, software production and IT/IS deployment.  Founded in 2000 and based on Milham road in Portage, Abraxas provides document and records management services to companies operating in highly regulated industries (e.g. legal industry, health industry, etc.) -- which are mainly Fortune 100 companies and legal firms.  Prior to joining Abraxas, Charles spent several years focusing on the advancement of legal discovery services and the development of a competitive solution for document imaging, coding and hosting. With a passion for education, he devotes his time to sharing his information management knowledge and experiences with industry leaders and clients.

John Mueller is an assistant professor at Western Michigan University (WMU) in Kalamazoo where he teaches entrepreneurship. Prior to working on his PhD in Entrepreneurship at the University of Louisville, he started and ran several businesses in the software industry, including GolfSolutions.com. His work experiences have allowed him to live and work in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  He enjoys being involved with exciting businesses in the startup community.
