At Start-up Founder 101, aspiring and early-stage startup founders can hear candid talks by successful local mentors, learning the best practices, strategies, and mistakes to avoid.
This talk will focus on the basics of how to identify who are your customers, how to size the market and identify competitors. Do competitors matter and why? How do you define your competitive landscape? How do you identify and interview potential customers? What are some tactics for effective surveying?
After launching over 900 companies worldwide, the Founder Institute is now opening the 10th San Diego Session this Fall. Applications have already begun, and San Diego Institute sessions will begin November 7th. Apply for acceptance into the program below:
