For 20 years she has maintained a busy client list and, therefore, a busy and growing staff, with a disciplined yet creative approach to maintaining growth and stability.
In this seminar, Lara will walk you through her process covering everything from developing a business plan, to identifying your list of services, managing finances, establishing business relationships, finding and keeping clients, and much more.
