Stability and Kinetic Bridging 2: Sequences

This three session (12 contact hours) interactive workshop builds upon Intrinsic Stablizing Sequences(TM) as they relate to tri-planar fuctional movement patterns used in daily life and athletics.
You will learn to assess stabilzation supporting fundamental movement patterns of push/pull, add/abduct, squat, lunge, gait, balance and transitions. Application of the Kinetic Bridging(R) technique to effect changes will be presented and learned during hands-on practice times.
