TOPIC - Thinking Strategically about HR Functions
Please note the location change for this meeting.
Join us as Brad Foley challenges HR Professionals to Think Strategically about HR Functions.
With the push to get more done with less, we are all struggling to keep up with the day to day and simply keep from falling further behind! Unfortunately this reality is not going to change in the foreseeable future. The relentless push for increased productivity and improved profit margins has resulted in short term focus at every level of our organizations. “Hitting the quarter” trumps all else and in HR this focus can result in short term decisions which prevent us from building strategic relationships, improving the function and winning back time so we can support the long-term strategy of our organizations.
By attending this session you will learn how to think strategically about the function in a tactically focused environment with a relentless drive for short-term results.
