Tax Update Seminar
To the Edge – and Back – What the Fiscal Cliff Deal Means for Your Taxes
Join us for a candid discussion of what the American Tax Relief Act (“ATRA”) means (and does not mean) for you in 2013. We will address some of the key tax law changes that will impact individuals, estates, and businesses. We will also address certain planning opportunities that are still available.
Ohio’s Use Tax Amnesty Program and why it’s Important to Ohio Taxpayers
Ohio has hired additional auditors to ramp up enforcement of Ohio’s use tax provisions and has promulgated a list of 300,000 companies the State feels might owe use tax. Your company might be on the list! We will address what use tax is, how the tax might apply to your business, Ohio’s Amnesty Program, how the state plans to audit Ohio taxpayers, and what you can do now to avoid major headaches down the road.
