Next, she'll create a trio of hearty vegetarian recipes to savor. Her menu includes Chili-Mango with Wild Rice, Soothing Spinach Basmati with Crunchy Chickpeas, and Mushroom Wontons in Ginger Fennel Stock. Leave with expertise, a quart of stock, and recipes for these home-cooked comfort dishes.

"Thyme in the Kitchen" cooking classes are offered at our Lake Forest, Long Grove and Northbrook stores. We have the equipment and expertise to teach recipes and techniques from the simple to the sublime.
Whether you're looking for some fun time out with friends or you want to expand your repertoire and improve your skills, we're here to help. The majority of our classes are hands-on, intermingled with wellness/educational seminars and food demonstrations. Classes are available for children and adults. We are also happy to host private classes.
Our hands-on classes accommodate from six to eight stations. Each station is prepped with ingredients and tools for all recipes to make your experience fun and hassle-free. The intimate environment of our studios permits personalized instruction, so you get the most from you culinary experience.
