Whether on the Paleo Diet or not, this series is suitable for those who are curious about ways to utilize foods to reduce inflammation, create more sustainable energy, release excess weight, balance moods, balance blood sugar, support healthy hormones.
Part 2 - Paleo-inspired Staple Foods
A staple food is a food that is eaten routinely and in such quantities that it constitutes a dominant portion of a standard diet. This class answers the question, "No grains, no dairy, no bread, no pasta, no rice - but what am I supposed to eat?" Rebecca and Dr. Holly will show you how to create meals full of healthy staple foods out of Paleo-approved ingredients.
