Event Details

With the days getting longer, Spring is right around the corner.  We'll celebrate with a seasonal menu.

Herb Crusted Goat Cheese Crostini - Fresh goat cheese is combined with spring herbs and a touch of honey to create a wonderful crostini.

Roasted Potato and Leek Soup - By roasting the leeks and potatoes first, the soup gets an added dimension to its flavor.

Slow Braised Lamb Shanks - Tender and flavorful from cooking over a long period allows the connective tissue to break down and leave a flavorful sauce too.

Creamy Polenta with Wild Mushrooms - A perfect side to accompany the lamb shanks.

Lemon Meringue Pie - The fresh taste of lemons signals the beginning of the growing season.

Cost is $85. Class begins at 5 pm and lasts approximately 3 hours.
